FriendShip Group Lunch & Learn - Bruce Cauthen Story and Open House at the Parsonage. Thursday, August 22, 10:00 a.m.- 12:30 p.m.
Join with Older Adult ministries for a casual lunch & learn with Dr. Bruce Cauthen and The Westmorelands. Dr. Cauthen will share about Rebecca Briggs Cornell (c.1600-1673), his newfound 10th great grandmother, a Puritan woman of Rhode Island whose grim demise shocked New England and led to a cover-up concerning the details of her death.  Then head over to the Glenn Parsonage for a casual open house hosted by Rev. Mark and Kathy Westmoreland.   Light lunch will be served.  RSVP with Rev. Susan Pinson.

Tuesday Morning Discussion Group

Young Adult Connections Support Group with NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness)

Thursdays, 8:00-9:00 p.m. in Room 211 
This support group is designed for college students and college-aged adults who are seeking support for a mental health condition. Leaders are young adults trained by the National Alliance on Mental Illness Georgia Chapter. The group is confidential, free, and no registration is necessary. We hope you will join us.

Single Mothers Support Group

Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30 p.m. in Room 211 - August 21, September 18, October 16, December 18
Free- including childcare! Sponsored by Glenn Church and led by Jenny Clark, MSW, of the Care & Counseling Center of Georgia. All ages/stages/scenarios of women who are single parenting children/teens are welcome to join us for confidential sharing and support.
