An Update from the Glenn Justice Team
”The Environmental Working Group of the Glenn Justice Team has been working hard! We recently helped recycle over 150 lbs of paint and chemicals, as well as eight boxes of old electronics from the congregation, through the Centers for Hard to Recycle Materials (CHaRM), diverting these harmful pollutants from landfills. We also supported Glenn UMC Youth, who partnered with North Decatur UMC Youth, for a recent cleanup of DeKalb's Burnt Fork Creek. The cleanup was led by Georgia Interfaith Power and Light (GIPL).”
