Cherub Choir Nativity Pageant

Wednesday, December 12, 6:30 p.m., Ward Fellowship Hall

Come for dinner, stay for the show. This is arguably the most delightful night of the season: o Cherub Choir Nativity pageant, directed by Mary Lindsey Lewis. With much laughter and levity, Glenn’s four and five-year-old’s bring the story of the first Christmas to life! Nursery provided. **NOTE: This will be the last Wednesday Night Supper of 2018. $8/adult, $5/child.

During Sunday school, the New Class invites all to join them to hear Bishop Ken Carter, President of the Council of Bishops and Resident Bishop of the Florida Episcopal Area speak about the Commission on the Way Forward and special called session of General Conference of The United Methodist Church set for February 2019. Bishop Kenneth H Carter will then deliver the message at the 11:00 a.m. worship service.

Christmas Eve Open Choir Rehearsal

Glenn's Music Ministry invites anyone interested to sing at the 5:00 p.m. or 11:00 p.m. services on Christmas Eve! A special rehearsal will be held following the 11:00 a.m. worship service to learn some new music and to spend time with those who are joining us from out of town! Everyone is welcome and encouraged to sing. There will even be a brass ensemble joining us for the 5:00 p.m. service this year! Contact Michael Dauterman for more information.

Candlelight Communion Service

In the hour before Christmas Day, gather with others for a service of stillness, quiet, and growing light. Communion and a candle lighting will conclude this service as the clock ticks into Christmas Day.
