Scouting

Our troop's charter goes back to 1925, which means we were one of the first troops in DeKalb County.  We meet on Tuesday nights from 7:30 to 9 in the Scout Hut behind the Glenn Youth and Activities Building at 1669 North Decatur Road.  All members of the troop, scout leaders, and any interested parents or future scouts are welcome to attend!

 

A boy must be 11 years old and in the fifth grade to join a Scout Troop. Dues are $95.00 per year, payable during the Recharter period in December. Dues are prorated for boys joining during the year.

If you are interested in joining our troop, please come visit us during one of our meetings so that you can get a sense of whether Troop 18 is for you.
