Intown Collaborative Ministries
The Vision of Intown is to transform the neighborhood we serve, seeing that the hungry are fed and the homeless are housed. We believe that a healthy neighborhood is one where residents, businesses, faith communities, and non-profits, come together to serve each other for the benefit of all. The ministry is a cooperative of faith congregations in zip codes 30306 and 30307.
We provide a range of comprehensive services to our neighbors:
Heading Home Program - Intensive support services are provided to a small number of individuals, accompanying them through every step from shelters and the streets to stable housing and supports.
Emergency Food Pantry - The food pantry is located at Druid Hills United Methodist Church 1200 Ponce de Leon Ave NE and opens every Saturday morning at 11:00. Please call the Glenn Curch Office to be put on the list for food pickup or to be delivered. Donations are accepted for the food pantry at any time. They can be dropped off at the Druid Hills UMC office Monday-Friday, 9:30 am - 3:30 pm.
